The Heather Langton Academy of Beauty Therapy has over 40 years' experience in spa training, body treatments and well-being. We are constantly striving to deliver the highest standard of education by offering its' students the most up-to-date National Beauty Training Packages available and more.
College Facilities
The College is equipped with the latest training facilities and was one of the first Beauty Colleges in Australia to offer complete Day Spa facilities to their trainees. Modern teaching aids & the latest technology are integrated within the training program of all courses.
College Location
The College is located in the Adelaide City in Gilles Street, between Pulteney and Hutt Streets. Our College borders the beautiful South Adelaide parklands and is conveniently close to public transport and cafes. A very central location not only for city students but also country students who may not have transport.
Teaching Staff
The Principal; Heather Langton and her staff have a strong business background in the Beauty Industry and lecturers are selected on the basis of their expertise and professional standing and training credentials. The principal and her staff research new techniques and products, and attend industry seminars and congresses. Our Trainers are experienced industry professionals who continue to work in Salon environments. Our Trainers attend industry updates on a regular basis and in-house training programs to keep abreast of the continual changes in the Beauty Industry. Heather Langton Academy of Beauty Therapy requires all Trainers to have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment qualification.
Guest Lecturers
Heather Langton Academy of Beauty Therapy has a large variety of professionals who visit the College as Guest Lecturers. These Lecturers convey invaluable specialised knowledge to Students. Subjects covered include medical advice, business and financial planning, product knowledge, industry awareness and other related subjects.
